Which die is used for each of the following hose size: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 2/4" and 1"?

Which die is used for each of the following hose size: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 2/4" and 1"? I ask this question because the hose sizes I will use are US sizes and the machine dies are metric.

metric dies can be used for inch size hoses, depending on the the type of hose being used will determine the die to be used.
